Quite possibly the happiest ring I have ever made! This beauty reminds me of the best orange swirl hard candy! This gorgeous sea glass piece was found in the lagoons off the island of Murano. Though I did not find this piece myself, I have just returned from the Island of Murano in Italy and saw so many amazing art glass creations that would have been the source of such an amazing piece. This bit was likely the pontil, or end, of the glass-blowing process that is snipped off and discarded. Many (many) years ago, glass blowers simply dumped their end-of-the-day and broken bits in the waters that surround the Island.

This fabulous ring, measures approximately 25 cm around and 14 cm tall. It is a size 7 1/2 and rests comfortably on your finger, so it doesn’t feel too big. Can be sized up at least 1/2 size.
